The Schluter System Lifetime Warranty provides comprehensive, long-term coverage for qualified tile installations, covering both materials and labor if installed correctly as a system. To qualify, you must use specific Schluter products (e.g., DITRA, KERDI, DITRA-HEAT) with approved Schluter thin-set mortar and register the project.
Contrary to popular belief, tiles and grout joints are not inherently waterproof, and must be installed in conjunction with a waterproofing system that effectively manages moisture and prevents mold growth.

The Schluter®-Shower System is an integrated family of products that together form a fully bonded, watertight assembly for tiled showers. The Schluter®-Shower System eliminates the risk of failures due to water and vapor penetration and dramatically reduces total installation time. Schluter®-KERDI and KERDI-DS are pliable sheet-applied waterproofing membranes designed for the direct application of tile. The KERDI family is completed by accessories including seamless corners, waterproofing strips, and pipe and mixing valve seals, all designed to work together to complete the waterproofing process, protecting your shower or bathtub surround against mold and mildew damage.

Schluter Ditra-Heat

Ditra-Heat is an electronic floor warming system that directly incorporates uncoupling technology to ensure that floors aren't susceptible to cracked tiles and grout. Cables can be placed wherever heat is desired for customized heating zones, and no leveling compounds are required, which helps make for a quick and easy installation. Ditra-Heat and Ditra-Heat-Duo provide the ideal solution for bringing comfort and floor warming to any tiled floor!
